Need guidance, information on how some software engineers reached 50 lpa+

Hello people, please let me know how many of the people on grapevine have an average salary around 50lpa +, how does this even work. I mean how did you reach that level in engineering position. What tech stack helped you, is it better to be a specialist or generalist. Let’s say I’m a ML engineer, what should I do to achieve that level. Thank you.

I have switched 8 companies to reach this level. Have not mastered any language or domain. Just my problem solving skills are better and I can deep dive to any problem very good. If you stuck to one company it might take you a longer time. I have achieved this in 6 yoe. Started from 5 lpa.

Sde2 at any big tech pays this much. It requires at least 2 YOE. Java is the most used tech stack.
