Need guidance/help for higher studies

I am currently working as a senior analyst in Technology Consulting at EY. CTC 13.5 LPA. YOE 6.5 .I want to pursue higher studies abroad US/EU. I am unsure should I go for MS ? Or MBA? if MS then which colleges should I target? I want to wrap up higher studies in 15-18 months max. My goal is to earn good bucks for some years .

MS gives you 3 yr stayback option compared to MBA. You get more chances and it's cheaper. Only go for an MBA if you are targeting M7.
