Need guidance getting into product based company

I'm currently working as a Data Scientist in a top service based MNC. Having a total of 6+ years of experience in Data Science, MLOps, Generative AI.

I'm currently in the process of switching, and for the same, I have 2 good offers in hand as well. But both are from service based companies/MNCs.

I want to get into a great product based MNC, where I can grow professionally and potentially stay for a longer duration with the same company.

What should be my strategy to look for these product based MNCs? Or if anyone knows a list of companies that are a good fit for dara science and AI/ML roles, would be great. 🙂
