Need guidance from you all

I'm a 23 year old full stack dev (mern, angular, next js). I was hired from campus placement where I got a 4 lpa offer with a 2 year bond,

Bond will be due in dec this year, so I have 1 month to decide what to do, I live in a tier 3 city where salary is capped at 10-12 lpa no matter the experience.

I'm confused about whether to change my current Job as my current job is too comfortable,

If I switch what should be the asking range (I have no intention of joining for less than 7 lpa, as I have given an interview a year ago at a local company to test myself where i got 6 lpa offer)

Or should I look for a job in puna (or any other IT hub) I believe this would be the best option but don't know how it would work out,
