Need guidance from experienced folks in the market.

So there is a friend really close one. She has done her graduation from a simple college from Bihar in zoology way back in 2021. From that time she worked for various local shops like garments, tiles, library, medical, college..and some more; not is the sells side but the technical side like managing record on excel, working on their specific software. Kind of data entry. So she has experience in microsoft tools like excel, PowerPoint...

So what I'm asking is that is there any way can she make it to corporate, if yes what kind of skills should she focus on. Any specific tool she can focus to get into corporate to get started?
