Need Guidance | Founder's Office/ Staregy Analyst role

Hi everyone,

I have 3 years of experience started as a Salesforce Developer ( at IT services company) and later did internal switch to Strategy Analyst role (CEO's Office) for the past 2 years.

I'm trying to switch to strategy/GTM roles but not getting traction. Should I keep trying or start preparing for CAT/GMAT and aim for an MBA?

Would be grateful for any guidance or suggestions on how to approach this. Thank you!

Doing an MBA is a straight forward way to get into strategy. But not a guaranteed way+ there would be a huge loan to repay.
Another way could be to keep switching into founder's office role and internally pivot to strategy role. This approach might take the same time as you do an MBA but without the loan.

Thanks. I've been applying for Founder's office roles on LinkedIn, naukri but I'm not getting any calls from HR. How can I get calls ? What skills/exp do the recruiters need?
