Need Guidance for transitioning from Mechanical Designer to IT/Management through Aspire Program (Wings 2)

Hello, everyone. I'm a Mechanical Design Engineer with 7.5 years and 2 years of experience at TCS, hoping to make a career change to IT/Management through the Aspire program (Wings 2).

I'm looking at which IT/Management positions would be a good fit for someone with my mechanical engineering degree. I am open to suggestions! Ideally, I'd like to pursue a career path that provides enough opportunities for advancement both within and outside of TCS. Has anyone else undergone a similar transition?

What hurdles did you confront, and what advice would you provide to someone starting out on this journey? Any information on the Aspire program itself would also be helpful. Thanks!😇
