🚨 Need Guidance for My Friend Restarting Career After a 2-Year Gap

A close friend of mine worked as a Supply Chain Analyst, but had to take a 2-year break because his mother was facing serious medical issues. Now that things are stable, he’s trying to rebuild his career — but it’s been really tough.

He’s applying for Supply Chain / Data Analyst / Business Analyst roles, yet facing rejection at the very first screening stage due to the gap. Even after updating his Naukri profile, there have been zero calls. He’s also doing a Data Science certification on Coursera to upskill.
