Need guidance for my career

Hello Guys,

I recently got digital, My manager told me my name is in the fluidity list and they are releasing me from the project in October, I know once they release I will be on bench then they remove from company (force resign). My queries are

1. Will I get a Digital salary during the notice period
2. I had worked on multiple technologies and no one specialised, I needed to start a new technology from scratch can you please guide me . Note : less coding technologies

Exp : 4.5 years
