Need guidance for going abroad for a job

Hi folks

what's your thought on going abroad for a job.. is it worth going outside ?

if yes then which countries we should target ..

I have 3+ yoe in the java backend.. And thinking of not doing MS but directly getting a job..

is it necessary to do masters for getting a job outside ?

how can I go aboard .. if someone can give their advice it would help a lot ...
