Need guidance for career transition from Microsoft SDE-2 to Senior in FAANG?

I have around 5 yrs of work experience and joined microsoft around a year back but not liking the tech stack. Also, the growth seems to be very slow in general here for lateral hires due to lot of internal stuffs.

Would other FAANGMULA companies consider for Senior position with 5 yrs of exp?
