
Need Guidance – Facing Issues with Resign, RMG & HR
Hi Everyone, I am going through a very difficult situation in TCS and need some guidance/support from the community.
I had taken 15 days LWP due to personal reasons.
I reported to RMG the very next day after my LWP ended.
I didn’t receive my salary, and my Ultimatix access got restricted for next 35 days because of no coperation from RMG person.
Got access back after 35 days.
My applied LERF is still pending for supervisor approval, and now my Ultimatix has been restricted again.
In my HR discussion, the RMG person stated that I reported only 4 days (whereas I had reported 30 days). Unfortunately, she says she doesn’t have my data( Which she had for sure )
HR is insisting me to resign, stating it as “unauthorized absence,” which is not true in my case.
I have been given 2 days to get allocated, else I am being asked to resign.
RMG person is also not cooperating with me.
I am feeling stuck here as I have been reporting sincerely, but due to system/data issues I am being forced to resign.
👉 Has anyone faced a similar situation? How did you handle it? Any suggestions or escalation path will be really helpful.
