Trending @Accenture; Need Guidance: Delay in Feedback from Previous Supervisor
Hi Everyone, I’ve completed my ABCD reflection, and my current supervisor has asked me to get feedback/update from my previous supervisor. However, despite following up multiple times, I only receive responses like “will do it” or “will update by EOD” but nothing concrete.
My current supervisor is still asking me to get this done, and I’ve already informed him about my multiple follow-ups. I’m a bit concerned — what should I do in this case? Could this delay from my previous supervisor impact my appraisal?
Would appreciate any advice or similar experiences.

Be calm and Politely ask your previous supervisor for n number of times. Few People leads are worst to the core in Accenture
As i now my current supervisor once said that end of august is the last and they want to get done by yesterday EOD and my previous supervisor said she will do it by EOD but she have not done
First and foremost, ask your current supervisor what's the deadline? And let him know the previous one is not doing it.
If deadline is near, inform previous supervisor politely, it might not affect him but it does affect you and ask for feedback
