Need Guidance | Career in Consulting

Hi Everyone, Need your help/guidance. I'm a 2022 B.Tech passout started working as a Salesforce developer at an IT services company and worked there for a year. But I felt I didn't belong in a software role, so I switched internally to the CEO's office as a Strategy Analyst. Now I've completed 2 years in strategy, with 3 years of overall corporate experience.

I'm trying to switch, but not getting calls as most companies ask for startup experience or an MBA. I feel completely stuck, especially when I see my colleagues in software getting 2-3x salary hikes while I'm not able to move. Any guidance would be really appreciated.
