Need Guidance.

Hi everyone,

Just posting here to get some guidance on job switch. I have a work experience of almost 2yrs as of now. This is my first job, but I feel stuck. Got training for one tech and working on something completely different. I want to switch but since this will be my first switch with a notice period of 3 months I’m not sure how should I proceed.

Need help with preparation and how to handle 3 months notice period since most of the organisations want immediate joiners.
