I need some guidance. If I join X company as a fresher(offering as a fresher role) despite having 2 years of prior experience, will this affect my future career opportunities or the way my experience is considered when I switch jobs later? I want to understand if this decision might impact my growth, tenure, or salary progression in the long run.

If u have 2 yoe and u are currently getting pf deducted then it will create a problem as it will show in history of pf that u were employed somewhere else

My new employer knows that I had 2 years of exp and they are ready to accept me as a fresher. My question is for future switches.
