Need guidance and hope

I'm currently in service based, took this due to some circumstances even after having product based offers last year as a dev.

Anyone here who has successfully transitioned to Development/DevOps where I'm able to work on problem solving instead of copy paste and excel/customer support(sort-of) all day?
