
Need guidance..
I am currently stuck in support project where I have to resolve tickets assigned by connecting with user. I am a digital candidate and don't know what to do. I do not get time for upskilling as they are always assigning the tickets and I don't have time. And after returning home I don't have patience to learn something. Please someone guide me what to do.

You could enroll for some technical courses that would be scheduled on weekends. Based on the knowledge gained, you could ask your supervisor to assign you with a technical project/tasks.

I have already tried that first I was assigned with one application and took it for that but later on for 1 year I was just only analysing ticket and upskilling myself. Then they suddenly changed my application to new one and I am here
