Trending @Accenture; Need Guidance

I just seek some advice I joined Accenture in 2021 as a fresher L12 got promoted in 2022 L11 and will complete 3 years in June this year. Currently my package in 5.4L in-hand. I am having a opportunity of a sponsored MBA in the coming year. I am confused regarding this as I don't think there will be any hike this year as well.

So should I stay 1 more year for MBA or should I switch? Also can I talk to HR for a salary restructure as I haven't got anything for almost 2 years now since my promotion.
