Issue - co. has given 4% hike with 10% variable against my eligible limit. Irony is I am top performer in my team my increment letter states have over achieved my krs and kpis
On top of it, co. has cheated me on paying my notice pay (bought out by them)
And today am at net net loss on joining here feeling burn out and not sure what should I do
Do a case atleast a fir or something when it hits the court most of the companies run away from a lawsuit will pay you good to just settle and also get a newspaper to support you it costs like 500$ to get something published in Hindustan times. Before that get all the relevant data promises emails as a screenshot somewhere
