Hi everyone, I need your suggestions and advice on what should I do to improve my package. I am currently working in TCS as fresher and have 3 months of experience. I am getting trained in Microsoft Power Platform (Power automate focused). I dont have any idea what should I do. Either prepare for DSA or TCS Wings 1 or go with the flow. Some says DSA is important and some says its not. My current CTC is 3.3LPA and I want atleast 12LPA in next 3 years. Can someone guide me please?

Learn DSA, tcs is a bot so good company, even if you do well in tcs , max they give is 10% hike, move out and you can get more than 10% hike
