And an open question to all I am working in a bootstrap startup due to lack of fundings they haven't been able to pay us for past three months we are still employed but haven't received any payments so whenever I get a call from a recruiter they ask for my past three months pay slips but I don't have any how can I tackle this situation?

Plus experience people do help me out in getting a job 🥺
