Trending @Cognizant; Need guidance

I have a joining in new within a month but in my current company the notice period is 90 days. Please help me what to do. I am not getting any idea. On what basis should I negotiate to my manager. If he won't agree what would be my next step. Your suggestion would be highly appreciated friends.

1.Put medical on the basis of medical condition you can try to get early release. 2. You can request HM. 3. You can say you are going abroad and need early release.

If nothing works then you can ask extension from next company.

I gave my family issue and burnout as a reason for early release. But he's not getting convinced.
