Need guidance!!!

All the people who switched or have offers, how did you it if you were working in a support role?

I want to transition to data engineering but I don't understand how I should craft my resume. I can't fake something completely under the professional experience section. I have 5 years of work experience here (wasted years honestly)

If I right that I am trying to transition to data engineering roles and have DE projects under personal, but professional project is the current support role one, I get zero calls.

I would really appreciate some help or guidance regarding this. Thanks
