Trending @Accenture; Need Guidance – Stuck in Support, Trying to Switch to Career
joined accenture in 2021 and have been stuck in support projects (SAP Hybris, ServiceNow, Outlook mails) with no technical work. Tried to roll off but couldn’t get into other projects because of lack of hands-on experience.
While working, I upskilled in Data Analytics through a 6-month external course, built projects, made an ATS-friendly resume, and took referrals — but after applying for over a year, I haven’t received a single interview call, only rejections.
Can anyone guide me on how I can finally switch my career into Data Analytics?
In the same boat, joined Accenture in 2021 too, been in QA, it's mostly dead end job, been trying to get into DE, but they have very less requirements for freshers, you should be very lucky to get trained in that stream training. All the best to you for switch
why u tell that u are fresher instead u can show some experience right instead of saying I worked in sap u can say I worked in data analytics how they can verify in which stream u are worked
You can try switching internally at Accenture, reaching out to people who are in Data related projects and share your resume. For freshers, outside there is very little hiring in such streams. Better to switch your domain internally then use it to show your experience in your cv.
