Need Guidance | Strategy/Founder's office Role

Hi everyone, I have 3 years of experience — started as a Salesforce Developer and later moved into a Strategy Analyst role (CEO’s Office) for the past 2 years.

I’m trying to switch to strategy/GTM roles but not getting traction. Should I keep trying or start preparing for CAT/GMAT and aim for an MBA?

Would be grateful for any guidance or suggestions on how to approach this. Thank you!
