Few things

  • companies are not high trust and they doesn’t trust their employees’ ability to manage time or work independently.
  • Perception on productivity often leads to this. However, this depends on job to job but it’s mostly on perception.
  • Forcompanies or rather leadership WFH may creates a sense of losing control over the day-to-day work
  • collaboration increases when you work in person with each other ( this is a fact)
