companies are not high trust and they doesn’t trust their employees’ ability to manage time or work independently.
Perception on productivity often leads to this. However, this depends on job to job but it’s mostly on perception.
Forcompanies or rather leadership WFH may creates a sense of losing control over the day-to-day work
collaboration increases when you work in person with each other ( this is a fact)
