Need genuine career advice

I am a mother of 11 months old. I worked as a Java developer in TCS before going on maternity leave last year. Since last 1.3 yrs I have been staying at home to look after my child and have taken LWP. I haven't touched any code nor unskilled myself in these last 1.3 yrs now I feel like I can't do it both due to my technical skills almost gone and with an additional responsibility of my child. I need career advice as to what path should I opt now that requires less or no technical knowledge and also I can continue working managing both my child and work. I shall be thankful for any guidance given.
