I'm a product designer with 1+ year of experience currently working in a pre seed startup I want to leave the company due to toxic culture, but have three months of notice period my manager is ready to give a salary hike but not ready to reduce my notice period How to shop offers with three months notice??

I think in current market there is demand for designers with 1-3 years experience. But there are also a lot of designers in the market. My advice is to get a job and then leave the current job. Try to convince the new company to buyout 1-2 months. In some cases that’s cheaper than continuing the hiring process.
