Need funding ideas ...

For context I have a very nice business proposition with a working and tested product in the proptech space.

It is meant to reduce CAC for the brokers and provide the most optimised leads with the most feasible and convenient feature integrations for the user.

Basically one step easy for the consumer when it comes to property hunt. And a win-win for all the stakeholders involved in the process.

Rn we are in the bottom of the pyramid, but after observing the competitors and having a better product than them with the least amount of resources, we want to expand and need funds.

Also, I'm an intern and would like to know how to reach out to investors/VCs for funding pre-seed.
