Need for suggestions
I started my IT career at TCS and have completed 4 years there. Before joining TCS, I worked in a non-IT company (a BPO). At that time, I did not complete my notice period and left the company immediately. Now I have received an offer from Cognizant, and they are asking for proof related to that company because there is a PF entry in my passbook. Due to this issue, even though I received an offer from Capgemini and explained my situation, they have put my offer on hold. Cognizant has also put my offer on hold. I need your help and suggestions regarding this situation. Which company won’t consider the non IT experience
You can tell due to emergency or some medical reasons I had to abscond the previous company. But i think this will lead to offer cancellation , other option is to create a fake experience certificate for that company.
