Hello everyone,
I am currently working as a Senior Automation Tester (C2 level). I am feeling bored and unmotivated with my current project and work. I am considering transitioning from automation to data engineering or data analysis.
Does Capgemini offer any upskilling programs in these areas? If I pursue these courses externally, would Capgemini provide me with projects to apply these new skills?
Additionally, once I am ready with these skills, what is the process for exiting my current project?

Capgemini has some internal upskilling programs, but they might not be enough. External courses are a good idea, but real-world experience is crucial. Transitioning within Capgemini is tough. Talk to your supervisor, but don't expect miracles.
