Need feedback on onsite
I was offered with onsite in Mexico, whether I can accept it? They told there will increase 30k in current salary. I have experience of 2.5 years
As per my knowledge this not on site this near shore. My manager didn't quote the exact amount for this. But he mentioned i will be able to save 1L per month if i live a frugal life style there. This was 1 year ago.
Tell your manager you are interested and to make an informed decision you need to see the salary that will be offered there. If you have good skills you will be able to make more money in india by switching. Also please get clarity on wether any incentives (wings incentives in any) in your salary will be paused if your on international assignments.
Accept spend whole salary but don't say no to such opportunity
