Hey Guys,
I just had a discussion with my manager. I've raised a RTO exception. and his approval is needed to the HR. So on call he said like this things will affect appraisal and promotions, since RTO is must.
I means is this really a thing now ? If we take exceptions then this guys will not promote us ?
Hello can you solve my query i have project in FS whole team sits in banglore so is it possible i don't punch in from base location(TCS New Delhi) GURGAON OFFICE and punch from a different location(HOMETOWN-LKO) will i receive HR mail or will the HR connect with my manager? Or can i punch from TCS New Delhi Noida office initially i was told to punch from Gurgaon location?
If exception is raised nothing affects your performance won't be affected

If you have a genuine reason to avail RTO, it should be fine but yes try to avoid if not urgent. There’s no transparency with the process as of now

Nope, Valid cases are still getting RTO Exceprion approved. Got mine approved just couple of days ago again since the HR was roo lazy.
Bro to be frank this shit is true. For an RTO exception everyone might say you will be granted one but none of the dufues will give you a written confirmation, will keep you hanging for days.
