Need expert advice.

My uncle has been slogging day and night in sales since 20 years. He manages coastal region sales, 450cr portfolio for LG Electronics. Day starts at 9am ends at 11pm. All calls, fully stressed and recently went through bypass surgery.

I want to help him pivot into remote role. He needs peace now as he is reaching 50 in couple of years.
