Trending @Infosys; Need exceptional WFH
Hi infoscians, I need exceptional WFH for few months due to my mother's cardiac illness, I have submitted medical papers, but HR rejecting it. After reaching out to my project manager, he is asking to connect with HR. What should I do, pls suggest 😔
Make stronger and serious medical documents and raise it to higher and higher management. Don't go to office, take leave, give them option , leave or WFH, prepare to leave this hell, may God give u strength, best of luck.
May that hr mgr dm get to feel the same lack of empathy compassion helplessness soon.
The ball in your PM and DM court. Once they approve only then HR will consider. The only thing they need from HR is that your concern/medical docs are genuine which she can do with help of infy doctor. But if they don’t want to give they will keep tossing you from each other. What reason HR giving to reject?
