Trending @Accenture; Need emergency help

Does anyone know how to reach out to the payroll team. My ICICI Bank account was just closed an hour ago and even after multiple time, they are saying nothing can't be done. I will deal with it at a later time. Now the master set up can not be changed. And all of this is happening today 2-3 days before the salary date.

My salary will bounce. Can anyone have any ideas. HR I tried calling up with no help. Kind of totally in a message right now.

In ALLSEC it self u have options to change your bank account under utilities & forms try updating there

in the master you can change your bank account with in next pay cycle

Yeah happened with me, it can't be undone after 21st of every month. Try raise a service request to change bank account but it will be credited next month

Yr best option contact icici local branch to allow the money deposit for atleast one week

This is so weird. How can they close your account? Good that you let us know. I have quickly called them and confirmed if my account is salary account or not

U can update your bank details in payroll portal

@FunnySanta Update your secondary bank details in Allsec portal. They can pay intermediary salary at any point of next month. Won't be an issue

@FunnySanta they will give the chance to change account number after salary is rejected by banker , if you immediately update your new account your salary will be created around next month between 4th to 10th
