Trending @Infosys; Need early release
Hi , I got the offer from one of the company with almost 90 percent hike but they are asking for immediate joining from next month but I have 2 months of notice period remaining. While giving interview I told the interview panel that I have my lwd in June only although that's July end . What should I do in this case my project manager said that they can't allow early release from company and there is no buyout option for me as I joined my current company as a fresher.
Please suggest the best as I don't want to miss this opportunity specially in current market scenario.
You may try tell your new company. Some production issue came and you are the most critical resource in the engagement hence are extending by a month as earlier manager had agreed to early release but now is not. And hope they will buy your story!!
How many years of experience you have & did u get interview calls before u resigned?
Nothing!!! Unless your current employer doesn’t need a relieving letter which is very unlikely!! Maybe they agreed to give you that salary thinking you will join h immediately.
