Trending @HCL; Need early exit ? Is it possible?

There is a good news and a bad news for you. Early release is possible if you discuss with your hr and RM. You will release with in a month, if your in project or not.. But a bad news is your hr and RM need to agree to it first.

Are u in project. Is you agreement completed? If yes you can resign If you need exit from HCL, you can directly resign in portal - RAS

Lol, only person who will get u early release if he/she wants. Anyway disucss with ur project manager then if u cant discuss with HR.
