Need dope on Cashfree Payments Culture

Hi folks, looking for verified inputs about the current company culture, work-life balance and company's vision + growth prospects.

I have an offer from Cashfree in their Marketing org, based out of Bangalore. Trying to figure out if this would be the right move, and whether it's a good place to spend 2+ years.
