Trending @Wipro; Need devops Advice!

Hey folks,

Hope you all are doing well.

Here's my story, been working in wipro for last 2 years in a support role( not on service desk or any call center roles, in a really good technical role ). But, unfortunately we get lot of incidents and requests and that too usually same issues, while automation isn't going to happen in anytime sooner, i thought of going into any development or devops roles. What i belive is there we won't get much Incidents and same issues again and again. I'm planning to move to deployment and container orchestration roles( docker and k8s), could someone suggest what the role would look like? Will there be 24/7 availability? Like, all the things one should know before getting into this fields!

Pls, share your thoughts guys! Having 2 mindset is like 🤯.
