Trending @Infosys; Need Details on Stream Training Assessment and Salary

I have been selected as an Associate Consultant through the Bridge Program, but I have not yet completed the generic and stream training. I would like to know:

Will there be any assessment after the stream training?

Will it be conducted online or offline?

Is the salary based on my previous performance rating, or will it be as per the standard package offered?

Any insights would be really helpful.
