Need detail on Band

Hope all are happy with band release and most of us got email. If I am not happy with band can I reject the speed feedback, is there any problem doing that. Will this be considered for re evaluation. Is there any option to get release from project and who we can approach for this. Is there any rule in TCS after certain period of time we can ask release as TCS policy. Sorry I am new to TCS hence asking.

You can reject it and then there will be discussion with your supervisor and HR. If you can prove your worth then your band will change but usually it doesn’t change.
