Need CTC advice

I have been selected for Oracle for IC3 level and location is Bengaluru. But they have offered me 24LPA+10% Variable.

I have experience of 8+ years in Oracle DBA. Is it good offer or still can be better? if so how can I demand more without holding any other offer. Can anyone suggest on this pls, thanks in advance!!

Current CTC - 17.5 lpa offered CTC - 24lpa+10% variable Level or Band - IC3 Location - Blore
