
Need clarity on the POSH policy in TCS
How to report physical and verbal abuse by an account manager over a female employee in TCS ?

Can you provide a detail of the incident. Based on that I may suggest whether it's applicable to POSH or not.

Also I got A band in this appraisal due to my immediate manager's recommendation. Now my account manager is threatening me that he would not release me and will keep me in the project to give a low band next year.

He is scolding and shouting at me in his room as well as on the floor. I provided all explanations and reasons for the delay in work.

Raise a concern in ultimatix .. search for Employee concerns section. Even if you don't have proof narrate the whole incident and request for action against AM and immediate supervisor. Have patience and be strong. We are here to support and guide you.

Physical abuse is not possible. Even if it's possible for name sake. Raise it in the Ultimatix portal and escalate it to HR. By the way, do you have any substantial eye evidence that can stand in with you during the inquiry of this so-called douche bag.

You may go ahead. Only thing they would be asking for proofs maybe. If you are raising anything in system just make sure you are willing to fight till end. Else other option is to keep one job offer ready so that you can put paper and negotiate project release and switch to different project or unit. Then at later stage raise this incident.

Just put a mail including hr and a proof that he is doing these things
