Need clarity on encashing leaves in TCS

Can we encash Casual leaves and Sick leaves in TCS? I'm on notice period and looking to encash leaves. Will only earned leaves be eligible for this? Please give clarity.

Any other tips on notice period like all docs to collect or any other benefits related important information will be appreciated. Thanks!

Not in TCS...in any organisation CL abs SL is not encashed.
It is EL which get encashed. Also instead of asking here why don't you open Ultimatix and read policy
