Trending @Infosys; Need clarity on e separation

Hi folks I have put paper in Infosys last week but still my hr discussion is pending and in the system I am looking at a 90 day notice period and I am on the bench so when they will approve resignation and when they let me confirm the release date.? Will they give early release 30 to 40 days?

Thanks

So is there any kind of approval to get that 90days count start or that count get start as soon as we put it in system and as per the last date it shows on separation portal while submitting resignation is the last day

I think it will automatically show the 90 days date from the date of e separation you applied in infyme.

Do you have any other offer lined up?

Nobody contacted you because you are on bench. You would have put a manager while initiating e separation. Contact him. HR ideally should be reaching out you but if not ask the manager whom you have put resignation to in the system. The 90 days kick in moment you put your esep in the system irrespective anything: being on bench early release would be easy

If you are on bench...you need to serve 1 month notice period....and if you got pip...then you don't need to serve any notice period..they will give 3 months salary in each case...talk to hr and ask for early release...this weem there are many holidays...so might be taking late....but they won't keep you in np.
