I have been on the bench for the last 5–6 months and recently got to know that I am being put on BOTP. Can someone please help me understand what exactly BOTP is? Do I need to go to the office daily for it, and what happens if I don’t clear the program? Would really appreciate insights from anyone who knows about it.
