I was on bench for last 30 days my LOP starts after 15 days if i resign today do i need to serve notice period if yes will i get salary for notice period (next 3 months)

You need to check with HR. I happened to drop my papers on 44th day of my bench and the HR released me on the immediate next day.

In which month it was happened, i came know from this quarter they are not releasing immediately

I also came to know that there is a change in policy now onward we will not get the immediate release. You have to serve a notice period only.
