Trending @Infosys; Need clarification on the promotion timeline

Hey Murthians, I got progression from jl4B to A in October 2024. Any idea when I can expect promotion to JL5. And if early promotion is considered what are its criteria ?

As per HR communication, In JL4A needs to spend at least 2 years then only eligible for promotion. Early promotions may be possible through the IJP program.
